1. Shipping Policy​

We want to get your decals onto your board as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary slightly during peak surf seasons or promotional launches.

• Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Tracking: Once your package ships, a confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent automatically so you can follow its journey to your door.

• Damages & Lost Shipments: Vertical Surf Co. is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit by the carrier. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim with the courier.

2. Product Representation & AI Disclaimer

We take great pride in the creativity and quality of our decal designs. However, please read the following product details prior to purchasing:

The product images displayed on our website utilize artificial intelligence (AI) digital mockups to simulate how the decals look applied to various types of surfboards. Because these are digital AI representations, the actual physical decals may differ slightly in color vibrancy, scale, placement, or finish compared to the images on your screen. Factors such as screen calibration, lighting in mockups, and the natural contours or material finishes of physical surfboards can affect final visual outcomes.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your board's new look. If you are not completely satisfied, our return policy is as follows:

• Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an item.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the decal must be unused, unpeeled, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must remain in its original protective packaging.

• Slight Mockup Variations: As noted in Section 2, minor differences between the physical decal and the website's digital AI preview images fall within normal manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute a product defect. However, if you feel the difference is substantial, please reach out to our team to review your order.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned decal, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Safe Application & Usage

​

Proper application is key to the longevity of your decal. Vertical Surf Co. provides general application guidelines on our site, but we are not responsible for decals that peel, bubble, or degrade due to improper board preparation, wax contamination, or poor application technique. Decals should always be applied to a completely clean, de-waxed, and dry surface.
